The innovative, Dallas-based company IDEAS & INNOVATIONS patented a stand-alone kiosk capable of selling gift cards.  Customers can select from multiple categories, choose the amount they want put on the card, pay using cash, credit or mobile pay, then the card is dispensed right from the machine. Activation on shelf-selected cards, gift card exchange and even emailing cards to a recipeient are also features.  I was responsible for all UX work and UI design, including the co-branded kiosk exterior wraps, screens and marketing/promo materials.
