ABOUT ME

UX Strategy & Product Design for High-Stakes Environments

I architect clarity for the "Data Swamp." As a Senior Product Designer and UX Architect, I specialize in turning complex, ambiguous problems into intuitive digital products that drive business value. I thrive where high-level strategy meets hands-on craft—helping enterprise teams move faster, reduce friction, and ship with confidence.

Strategic Mastery over Complexity Enterprise tools often suffer from "incessant scrolling" and decision paralysis. My approach, rooted in the HEART framework, focuses on Happiness and Task Success to bridge the gap between deep-tier engineering and end-user delight.

A recent example of this mastery was leading the UX overhaul for ACTT, a big-data cleanup platform. By conducting a rigorous heuristic evaluation (initial score: 63.3), I identified critical navigation and terminology gaps. I replaced unconventional gestures with a modern, dashboard-based UI and designed a proprietary "Save Review Session" failsafe—ensuring users managing 1,500+ files never lost progress.

What I Bring to the Table:

  • Strategic Alignment: Translating executive vision into actionable design systems that meet strict ROI and scalability goals.

  • Tactical Execution: Expert-level mastery of the "messy middle"—from stakeholder interviews to high-fidelity prototyping in Figma.

  • Collaborative Leadership: A calm, senior presence that aligns product, engineering, and stakeholders to deliver solutions that feel natural—even when the underlying systems are anything but.

I am currently seeking Senior/Lead Product Designer (IC) or UX Architect roles where thoughtful, high-velocity design makes an immediate impact on complex enterprise ecosystems.
